The National Relocation Conference offers a total of 15 credits for CRP® recertification.
Guest Package
Worldwide ERC®'s guest package has been designed to offer your guest the opportunity to participate in the social events of the Conference, while allowing time to explore the entertaining points of interest in and around San Antonio. Worldwide ERC® subsidizes the guest package, therefore it is not available to individuals who are involved in any way with employee relocation or the relocation industry. The guest package may not be used in lieu of registration.
Hotel Information
Worldwide ERC®’s 2008 National Relocation Conference is being held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. All meeting functions will be held at the Convention Center. The host hotel for the Conference is the brand new Grand Hyatt San Antonio. Situated on the banks of the Riverwalk, the Grand Hyatt San Antonio hotel presents contemporary style and an entirely new level of comfort, luxury and convenience. This hotel is located adjacent to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and offers stunning views of downtown San Antonio.
Rooms are also available at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter. The San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter is a magnificent 38-story building located on the San Antonio River Walk. Each room comes equipped with cable and satellite television as well as high speed internet access. The beautiful accommodations of the River Walk and its surroundings provide this San Antonio hotel with a great many choices for your San Antonio experience including shopping, dining and entertainment.
Hotel Reservations
All hotel reservations will be handled directly through the Worldwide ERC® Housing reservation system. Air Transportation
San Antonio International Airport is located 8 miles from the Riverwalk.
Weather
Warm days and nights abound in San Antonio. The average high in May is 86 degrees and the average low is 66 degrees. Air conditioning is abundant – make sure you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
Transportation to the Hotel
Taxi service is available curb side once you exit the baggage claim area. Cost of a cab is approximately $22 each way. Shuttle transportation to and from San Antonio International Airport and downtown San Antonio is provided by SATRANS shuttle service.
Substitution and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and substitutions must be received by e-mail at meetings@worldwideerc.org or fax at 703-527-1553. Substitutions for persons originally registered for the meeting will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations, by e-mail or by fax, received in the Worldwide ERC® office after April 1, 2008, will be subject to a service charge of $100.00 per registration, and $50.00 per Guest Package. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 18, 2008.
Fairways for the Foundation Golf Tournament
Join us in this 5th annual event for the Foundation for Workforce Mobility! Your participation in “Fairways for the Foundation,” held prior to the 2008 Worldwide ERC® National Relocation Conference, will keep the ball rolling to fund the charitable work of the Foundation!
Wake Up and Walk!
