Help make a difference around you... and around the world.
Support the Foundation for Workforce Mobility.
The Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility was established in 2004. Its mission is two-fold: to support, study and report on issues of interest to business leaders who must maintain a mobile workforce to thrive in today’s world markets, and to focus Worldwide ERC® members’ charitable giving for more impact and aid.

Research and Education
The Worldwide ERC® Foundation has partnered with the Thunderbird School of Global Management to conduct the groundbreaking report “Global Mindset Defined: Expat Success Strategy,” that identifies the characteristics of those who are best suited to work outside their culture, and conducts an annual $10,000 scholarship program, administered through Thunderbird, to support the education of global leaders.
Foundation Trustees are currently identifying and analyzing research and education projects to shed more light on workforce mobility issues. Projects addressed through the Foundation will be of broad business interest and must be reviewed and approved by the full Board of Trustees. Charitable Outreach
Aid for disaster victims, clowns to provide cheer for sick children, food for the hungry, and resources for the needy to learn how to become self-sufficient... these actions and more are all possible through the Foundation. With your help, the Foundation reaches those who need support in all parts of the world.
Since its inception, the Foundation has contributed more than $150,000 in aid to such organizations as The American Cancer Society, The Chicago Abused Women’s Coalition, ClinicClowns, Father Joe’s Villages, Give Kids The World, Habitat for Humanity International, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, Project Hope; The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and Walk the World.
