RULES, REWARDS & RECOGNITION
Member-Get-A-Member Campaign Rules
- The Member-Get-A-Member Program is open to all current ERC®
members in good standing to refer new corporate, government,
and military employer members to ERC for membership.
- To receive credit for each new corporate, government, and
military employer member, the referring member’s name and
company must appear in the “Referral Information” section
of the ERC Member-Get-A-Member applications
- A new/reinstated corporate, government, and military employer
member is officially credited to the referring member when the
new member candidate is accepted for membership and dues have
been received by ERC.
- ERC members successfully referring new corporate, government,
and military employer members to ERC will earn points in ERC’s
Service Recognition Awards Program and
towards prize rewards, as detailed below under Member-Get-A-Member
Program
Rewards.
- Member-Get-A-Member Program rules and prizes are subject to
change by ERC. By entering the program, members agree that ERC’s
decisions are final and not open to challenge.
- No purchase is necessary for ERC members to participate or
win in ERC’s Member-Get-A-Member Campaign. The number of
new corporate, government, and military members successfully
referred to ERC determines the odds of winning. ERC reserves
the right to change the prizes offered.
Member-Get-A-Member Campaign Rewards
SERVICE RECOGNITION AWARDS
Members successfully referring new corporate, government, and
military employer members to ERC will earn points in ERC’s
Service Recognition Awards
Program.
One (1) service point will be awarded for every new or reinstated
primary corporate, government,
and military employer member representative (where the employer
company or agency is not a current ERC member organization) successfully
referred and accepted for membership and dues have been received
by ERC. One (1) service point will be awarded for every two (2)
new or reinstated additional corporate, government, or military
member representatives (who are employed by an ERC employer member
company or agency) successfully referred and accepted for membership
and dues have been received by ERC. Service Recognition Awards
Program award levels:

Meritorius Service Award – granted
after accumulation of 10 service points. |

Distinguised Service Award – granted
after accumulation of 25 service points. Members who hold the CRP™ Designation and
are awarded the Distinguished Service Award are elevated to
Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP™) status. |
REWARDS
Member-Get-A-Member Program points will also be accumulated and
prize rewards will be awarded on an annual basis (April 1 – March
31) each year:
- For every one (1) primary or two (2) additional new or reinstated
corporate, government and military member representatives successfully
referred, accepted for membership, and dues have been received
by ERC, the referring member will receive one (1) entry into
drawings for a full conference registration to ERC’s
National Relocation Conference or Global Workforce Symposium.
Announcements of annual conference registration winners will
be made by ERC at the National Relocation Conference and at the
Global Workforce Symposium.
- For every five (5) primary or ten (10) additional new or reinstated
corporate, government, and military member representatives successfully
referred, accepted for membership, and dues have been received
by ERC, the referring member will receive a $100 ERC Gift Certificate
to use towards the purchase of ERC products and services.
- The ERC member who successfully refers the most new or reinstated
corporate, government, and military member representatives successfully
referred, accepted for membership, and dues have been received
by ERC at the conclusion of the year will receive a $250 ERC
Gift Certificate to use towards the purchase of ERC products
and services.
Member-Get-A-Member Campaign - Recognition of ERC Champions
Member-Get-A-Member Campaign Program points will be accumulated and
prize rewards will be awarded on an annual basis (April 1 – March
31) each year. Recognition of ERC Champions during the April 1 – March
31 campaign year will include the below recognition:
- Identification as “ERC Champion” on Conference Badges of all members who are attending ERC’s National Relocation Conference or Global Workforce Symposium and have signed up one or more new/renewed corporate, government and military members.
- “ERC Champion” ribbons will be provided to all
ERC conference attendees who have signed one or more new/renewed
corporate, government, and military members.
- “ERC Champions” will receive appreciation recognition at the luncheon program at the National Relocation Conference
and Global Workforce Symposium.
- “ERC Champions” will be recognized in MOBILITY appreciation ads run concurrently with the National Relocation
Conference and Global Workforce Symposium.
- “ERC Champions” will be recognized on ERC’s
web site.
